This past weekend, one of our Walton County Animal Control Officers, CJ, was seriously injured in an off-duty accident and is currently in the hospital. Our hearts are heavy, and we’re asking the community to hold CJ and his family close in your thoughts, prayers, good vibes, or whatever form your kindness takes.
As CJ begins his long road to recovery, many of you have already asked how you can help. His family is planning a fundraiser and is looking for donated items to raffle off. Every contribution—big or small—will go directly toward supporting CJ and his loved
ones through this difficult time.
