The Walton County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for two missing 10-year-old boys last seen in the Maravilla neighborhood of Miramar Beach. Deputies responded to 295 Maravilla Drive at approximately 2:14 p.m. after receiving a report that the boys had been missing for about two hours. The children left the residence on a scooter and on foot.
William Brooks Carney (left) was last seen wearing a black helmet, a burnt orange Longhorn shirt, and gray shorts.
Jeffery Trevino Jr. (right) was last seen wearing a cutoff gray NFL t-shirt, black shorts, and gummy bear Crocs.
Deputies are actively canvassing the area, and additional resources are being deployed to assist in the search. Residents and visitors in the Maravilla neighborhood and surrounding areas are urged to remain alert and check their yards, garages, and other outdoor spaces.
