The suspect was identified as Ethan Ladner, 20, of Santa Rosa Beach.  He was charged with making electronic threats of a mass shooting, a felony in the state of Florida.

Walker Phillips, 19, of Troy, Alabama, pointed a handgun at another vehicle during a road rage encounter.  He is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, as well as possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
