Walton County Fire Rescue is proud to recognize two incredible members of our family, Quality Assurance Coordinator Deanna “Renee” Adams and Community Health Coordinator Arianna Deneau, for their outstanding dedication and impact on our community.
Renee Adams, our Fire Rescue Employee of the 3rd Quarter, has gone above and beyond in her role in QA. She has personally reviewed every Fire Rescue call for several months and led more than two dozen American Heart Association certification classes, including ACLS, PALS, and CPR.
Her leadership also helped WCFR achieve the Florida PEDReady Gold Status from the University of Florida, a testament to her commitment to high-quality pediatric emergency care.
With her million dollar smile, Renee is always the first to check on her coworkers and offer a kind word and positive energy. You literally can’t help but have a better day when around her.
Arianna Deneau, named Employee of the 1st Quarter earlier this year, continues to strengthen the WCFR Community Health and Mobile Integrated Health programs.
Deneau, a Registered Nurse, helped pioneer a drug rehabilitation home-visit initiative, partnered with the Florida Department of Health and Florida State University to launch the Care@Home program, became a certified car seat technician, and has taught 47 CPR and First Aid courses since becoming a BLS instructor. Arianna truly embodies a growth mindset, always seeking new ways to educate and serve the community.
Although Arianna was unable to attend her award ceremony earlier this year, we were thrilled that she and Renee, who are not only coworkers but close friends, could celebrate their well-deserved recognition together.
Please join us in congratulating Renee and Arianna for their hard work.
