In the early morning hours of June 12, officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked at a closed local business. As they approached to investigate, the vehicle pulled away. After witnessing a traffic violation, officers initiated a traffic stop.
Inside the car were Fredrick Waters (62) and Regina Sullivan (60). Officers discovered Waters was driving on a suspended license and placed him under arrest. While speaking with the pair, officers spotted drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, and Sullivan admitted to recent meth use.
A further search led to the discovery of methamphetamine and additional drug-related items.
Both individuals were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Equipment.
