Cadet Post 850 Turkey Shoot Classic

Get ready to take your best shot at the First Annual Turkey Shoot Classic, hosted by Walton County Fire Rescue Cadet Post 850! Join us Saturday, November 22, 2025, for a morning of friendly competition, great prizes, and good food, all while supporting the next generation of firefighters.
Registration and ammunition ticket sales start at 9:00 AM at the Walton County Sheriff’s Office Firing Range. Each round will include up to ten shooters, with basic shots priced at $5 per round and premium shots at $10 per round. Prizes will include turkeys, hams, steaks, and more as additional items are donated.
This family-friendly event will also feature food and refreshments available for purchase, so bring your friends and family and enjoy a great day for a great cause. All proceeds benefit Walton County Fire Rescue Cadet Post 850, a program made up of local students interested in pursuing careers in the fire service.
